2.1 Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, sizes, and specifications displayed on our website are accurate. However, slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to differences in screen settings and photography.

2.2 Pricing

  • All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise specified.

  • Prices may be revised without prior notice.

  • The price applicable at the time of placing the order will be honored.

3. Orders & Payment

3.1 Order Acceptance

All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or any other valid reason.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments through:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay)

  • Debit Cards

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)

  • Net Banking

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes

Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation, except for eligible COD orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 5–7 business days

  • Other Locations: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS and email.

5. Replacement Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. We currently provide Replacement Only and do not offer refunds.

Eligible Replacement Reasons

Replacement requests may be accepted for:

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged product

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect size received

  • Size exchange (subject to availability)

Replacement Conditions

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused and unwashed.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • The product should not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration caused by the customer.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for replacement.

Replacement Process

  • Once the replacement request is approved, the replacement order will be dispatched within 5–7 business days.

  • If the requested size or product is unavailable, our customer support team will contact you to offer a suitable alternative.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on this website, including but not limited to logos, product images, graphics, text, designs, videos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of OneHem Fashion Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

OneHem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of the use of our website or products.

Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the respective order.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchases made through it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
