Orders & Shipping

How can I track my order ?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order by visiting the 'Track Order' page and entering your order number or tracking ID.

What are the Shipping Charges ?

We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 is applicable. Express delivery options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

How long does delivery take ?

Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities typically receive orders within 3-4 days. Express delivery is available for 1-2 day delivery in select cities.

Do you deliver to my area ?

We deliver across India to over 20,000+ pin codes. Enter your pin code at checkout to verify serviceability. For areas not covered, we're constantly expanding our reach.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy ?

We offer a 7-day easy return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

How do I initiate a return ?

To initiate a return, go to your order history, select the item you want to return, and click 'Request Return'. You can also contact our support team at onehem1803@gmail.com or call 9217259501.

When will I receive my refund ?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer.

Can i exchange for different size ?

Yes! You can exchange items for a different size if available. Simply initiate an exchange through your order history, and we'll ship the new size once we receive the original item.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept ?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.

Is it safe to pay online ?

Absolutely! All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your card details on our servers. Your financial information is always protected.

Can i pay using EMI ?

Yes, EMI options are available on orders above ₹3000 for select bank cards. You'll see available EMI options at checkout if your cart is eligible.

Why was my payment declined

Payments can be declined due to insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or bank restrictions. Please verify your details and try again, or try a different payment method. Contact your bank if the issue persists.

How do I find the right size ?

Each product page has a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with our size chart. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a comfortable fit.

Are the product images accurate ?

We strive to display accurate product images. However, colors may slightly vary depending on your screen settings. We always recommend reading the product description for accurate details.

How do i care for my clothes ?

Care instructions are provided on each product page and on the garment's care label. Generally, we recommend washing in cold water, avoiding harsh detergents, and air drying to maintain quality.

Can I request a product not in stock ?

If a product is out of stock, you can click 'Notify Me' to receive an email when it's back. You can also contact our support team, and we'll try our best to help you find alternatives.
