Eligibility

  • All tags and packaging are intact

Free Returns

Refund Process

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Innerwear and lingerie (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
  • Products with removed tags or signs of use
  • Returns requested after the 7-day window

How to Return

Select a convenient pickup date and time. Our logistics partner will collect the item from your address.

Step 4: Receive Refund
After inspection, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.


Exchange Policy

Need a different size or color?
You can request an exchange using the same steps as a return by selecting “Exchange” instead.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued
